All provided work is original and done solely by me for the client.

Client reserves all rights to the work done for them.

Copyrighted characters of existing works can be drawn for exclusively personal, non commercial use. Original or non copyrighted characters can be used by the client in any way they see fit.

Most terms listed here are negotiable and can be discussed privately if needed.

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline your commission.

Payments are done via PayPal using USD currency.

All payments are requested by me via PayPal invoice. Please provide your PayPal email among other commission info.

Full payment will only be required after the client approves a cleaned final sketch of the work. The work process will be continued once the invoice is paid.

Note: Clients from Russia/CIS (СНГ) countries are allowed to pay via MasterCard

Please provide clear and understandable description of the required work. Provide visual references whenever possible.

Please keep descriptions concise and to the point. Only provide information relevant to the illustration.

Client will be provided with the minimum of two WIP images of the coloring process, at which points adjustments can be requested.

I will always strive to finish work in the quickest time possible, however as I have full time university, usually multiple commissions at one time, personal projects and personal life, work time will vary.

The maximum deadline period is 3 months for a standard shaded work, works containing <5 characters and simple background works; 6 months for full coloring works, works containing 5 to 10 characters and works with complex background. (All per one illustration)

Deadlines for works of bigger volume are discussed individually.

If the work needs to be finished within a compressed timeline, it must be discussed and extra fee may apply.

Client can request up to 5 revisions of the first rough pose & composition drafts; up to 5 revisions of the cleaned sketch/lineart; and up to 3 revisions of the coloring process and the final result for free. Extra revisions will require extra charge, depending on their scale and complexity of the commission.

More revisions will require longer work process.

Full refund can be requested in case the 3/6 months deadline / individually agreed upon deadline has been breached.

After the clean sketch/lineart has been approved and paid for, a 50% refund can be requested and work process stopped at any point up to a finished result.

If the work was finished and sent to the client and no deadlines were breached, refunds are not possible.

If refunds of any capacity were made, client cannot save or use any files or WIP images that were sent to them in personal, public or commercial capacity.

The finished work belongs to the client and can be used by the client in the way they see fit.

If the work is intended for commercial use, such as merchandise or a book, extra payment plans must be discussed.

When using or publicly posting the work, it must be credited (by sajwho). Links to this portfolio, twitter or tumblr accounts are not required but welcomed.

I reserve the right to use the works for personal portfolio or promotion, unless the client states that they wish otherwise (freely allowed).

By default I assume that I’m allowed to post the works on my public accounts, crediting the commissioner, unless I’m asked otherwise.

Terms of use are negotiable but may require extra payment in specific cases.
